I have to note that When i was browsing for something new, exciting and appealing for Diva R's hair i had stumbled upon this product. I was browsing the local CVS and had a few coupons for different products that i have never heard of before so i planned on checking them all out and determining if any would suit Diva R.  I was mainly looking for a conditioner at this time because ours had just ran out.  SO i came across this Coconut Milk Conditioner and was intrigued because this must have been a new product line because i have never seen nor heard of it prior too.  I was skimming the bottle and so far so good i was actually pulled into reading the description by the frontal display :)  

What was even better was that there was a tag hanging on the cap of the bottle so i flipped it around and it was a rebate tag!!!!! This was amazing because it was a try for FREE rebate!!! So reading no further i just threw it in the cart and kept shopping for the other things i was needing that day.  So i got home and read the tag thoroughly and all i had to do was send a copy of the receipt along with the tag and they would send me the amount i paid which was $6.99 PLUS TAX :) This was a first and i couldn't have been more pleased with this choice. So i sent the rebate in and within 2 weeks i had the check in the mail.  So cheers to Organix!!!

This was the first of the Organix line that we've tried.  This was being used complimentary to the Organic Shea Butter and Olive Oil Shamp for kids that i reviewed a bit back reflect here.  I was in need of a great conditioner that would lavishly hug Diva Rs curls with the conditioning love it needed!! Her hair was changing during this time texture wise so it was important for me to get the best for her growing healthy curls to keep them flourishing.

I LOVED the awesomely tropical scent of Coconut as i squeezed on the bottle to get a whiff :) I was excited to try this conditioner both on Diva R and myself.  So as i began applying it i was infatuated by the texture being so nice and creamy as well as the fresh coconutty aroma filling the bathroom.  Diva R liked this scent also :) Shes really big into scent so that i would deem as being her first test of any product.

I liked the texture it was really nice and not too heavy but not to light it was a nice in between mixture.  I used just about a quarter size amount to cover her hair from root to tip and it had a nice smooth application it stayed in her hair nicely and i always left it in for 5 minutes and then rinsed it out. I think that the longer i left it in the better it would work and the softer her hair would be.

After use i would let her hair air dry and this was the real determining factor on whether it was a good conditioner or not, because if her hair felt as it did after i only shampooed her hair with nothing following than it was a negative in our book. SO as far as this conditioner is concerned it left her hair soft and freshly coconut scented into the next day through sleeping and playing! So of course we used this until it was used up!

I even ventured into using it in my hair for curiosity sake and it was lovely in my hair and it had a great light feel. After wards i would either scrunch or blow dry and with scrunching it my hair would have a softer curl hold even with using gel afterwards!! This was amazing because usually when i scrunch with any typical conditioner my hair is always really crunchy with too much hold.  When i blow dried it afterwards it would have less frizzies than usual, and be easier maintained throughout my chosen style.

This is a great local buy in my thoughts and i would definitely buy this again for me :)

Since it has some less favorable ingredients i will not be using this on Diva R...
