Our Review

Color: White
Scent: Like a light botanical lotion
Texture/Consistency: Light lotiony feel
Cost: $11.95 per 8oz

I have to note that i didn't pay the retail price for this i was actually browsing through Meijers beauty section and i seen this product along with a few others from the Nature's Baby Organic's line and they were on clearance!! So i wondered why.....

I picked this one up because we were in the market for a lotion in particular and read the bottle thoroughly.  I was astonished to note that this was nearly 100% natural and organic and i didn't recognize one ingredient as being bad and i have lots in my mental Rolodex.  I then walked back down the isle where all of the body products are for adults and children curiously browsing... I was just wondering if there were any organic products on the shelf that could compare to this one ingredient wise to see maybe if there was anything replacing these...

I got the answers i wasn't hoping for... There wasn't a single product that could even come close to the pureness, safeness and organic-ness of this product so i was puzzled. :/ I wonder why they put these on clearance when these were THE BEST products safety wise on their shelves. This was sad. I am so tired of reading labels that claim organic or natural or pure or 100% when in actuality they are pouring with potential disease, allergen infections/sensitivities and preservatives that are used to preserve dead bodies!!

So i traveled back to the deserted end cap where these lonesome Nature's Baby Organic's products were found.  I seen nearly the whole collection on the shelf.  They all were tempting and the price of them was VERY tempting too.  I bought the face and body moisturizer and it was on clearance for $5.49 plus tax :) This is the cheapest i have ever paid for an natural/organic product.

(Previously) I seen this once and passed it up but then went back a few days later because i thought about it non stop after i left. So i said OK i will go back and lets pray that it is still there and low and behold it was!!! Diva R complained about the lotion i was using as a "cabinet choice" until we found something else, she said it bothered her, she didn't like how it felt and she didn't like the smell.

This was meant to be for sure because when i went back the one bottle was just sitting there staring at me from down the isle!!!

Diva R was excited because we could now discontinue the "yucky" lotion.

I was happy also because this could be used on both Diva R and Little Bro Z!

I used this as the after bath moisturizing lotion for both kiddies and i liked its easily spreadable smoothness. It seemed to have the texture of a moisturizer more so than a lotion texture. I used this generously on Diva R because her skin is more dry than Little Bro Z's. Where his skin is also more sensitive requiring mild detergents dye free/fragrant free and things alike.

The scent was natural and nothing really out of ordinary.  It was MUCH better than what we were using so that to us is a plus. Diva R liked its smoothness and she said it smelled better than the last one ^-^ and was GLAD to do away with the "yucky" one... Little Bro Z and his sensitive skin liked this moisturizer. It was perfect for him and i like how it stayed pretty much throughout many rough days of hot days in the sun, at the beach, or at one of the many local play places, until the next bath or sooner if needed. I still like my lotions that have textures of a whipped shea butter would, i just haven't found any whipped shea butters that aren't heavily fragranced, hard or real thick ( for a decent price at that) and that are ultimately safe for the kiddies with  nice soft scent.

This worked best for us when the kids had just got out of the bath and were towel dried prior to using it.  It is suitable for us... The price was so worth it too :) Cant say that i would pay full listing price for it though, now that i have used it time and time again. I like the light creamy consistency of it, its not goopy nor is it oily :)

The ingredients are decent also!
