Braid Out Results from Yarn Rows...

Braid Out anyone??

Here are Diva R's braid out results from the yarn rows... Now no matter how "cleanly" i undo her braids to form the braid out pattern i do not get the result i hope for.  Her hair is thicker at the ends than on her scalp, so when i undo her braids her hair naturally goes into a flat fro if that makes any sense. The results are similar to her natural curls just a little kinkier.  

It is very hard to keep her hair moisturized when she has the yarn in, so i found myself lightly spraying her hair with distilled water following up with Bee Mine Luscious Balanced cream Moisturizer, (the spritz type that Bee Mine sells would be SOOOOO much better but i have yet to buy it :) and when you moisturize yarn braids the trick is to NOT over moisten, especially if you plan on keeping them in for a while, because the yarn will stink and build up will accrue.  We cant leave any type of hair style in Diva R's hair any longer than a few days anyways.
