Hair-Spiration: Christmas Hair Style Triangle Braids With Beads

Here is some throw back Hair-Spiration that i have recently come across that i have not posted on my blog yet. This is a style that i did for Christmas a few years ago and it is simply triangle parted braids with beads :) I couldn't find the individual pictures of this style as my computer recently crashed and it took forever for the shop to fix it... So ill be back on here and there until the dust settles at home... For now this style from the vault can get some brains working for some Christmas inspiration for this upcoming holiday season.

This style took about an hour and a half and lasted over a week.

Way Back Wednesday Style Reflection- Banding

I have been MIA on our WBW for last week, things have been crazy over here with play dates, activities, summer fun and family time! This WBW will showcase the first and only time Diva R's hair has ever been banded. Banding has been the topic of discussion lately amongst my fellow playgroup mommas and I. There are many ways to band the hair, generally people use rubber bands to band or ponytails of different textures and size. Some like to do it on wet hair or some prefer dry hair. This is one of the various hair processes that can be done in really any way your hands create regardless of skill level. Here is what it turned out like on Diva R's hair, i banded her hair back in Jan 2011 in efforts to try and stretch her hair as safely as possible and softly as possible. I figured that i may be able to achieve more types of styles if her hair was stretched out to its longest length.

I used the soft little pony tails in multi-colors that you can buy at Family Dollar for $2.00 for some odd hundred of them. My goal wasn't to pull on her hair or harshly tighten the ponytails during this process.

I would say that our first and only experience with banding wasn't exactly great. I attribute this to the type of pony tails i used, these dollar store ponytails lose their shape after a short while in use... This loosened them up and its clear in the picture that they are too loose and just not the right ponies to use to band... In my opinion that is... I will be trying this again soon with different ponies that we have now. I say that splurging for the Goody Brand or equivalent is a better choice which proves to have better results, now the one thing to remember when buying bands to band with is that the diameter of the bands matters when making the decision because the thinner and finer the hair the smaller the diameter needs to be... The thicker and coarser the hair the slightly bigger the bands need to be. Since there are so many variations in thicknesses and types its basically a trial and error game until you find your fit. I do love how cute the banding turned out though :)

I like the medium size goody bands/equivalent like these...

I do like these alot :) I am still in search of smaller ones though but the next time we band for experimentation i will use these and see how it turns out because it seems like her hair has gotten slightly coarser since the last banding picture... I also like the goody brand soft pony tails they keep their stretch and last through multiple uses... Who knows what her texture may look like in 2 years :)

I used just the Bee Mine Curly Butter in the above banding picture as the hold product. Diva R wasn't even 4 yet and since this picture was taken i had got her hair trimmed once.
Banding can even be used for styling, if the desire is to achieve a certain wave with the use of banding then you can do it how ever you wish in what ever pattern you wish.

I came across this lovely example of banding via our friend's over at GoldiLocks*N*Me

Here is a YouTube tutorial i found on banding that may be helpful to those who interested here, i found another one also but begin at 2:42 there's alot of talking in the beginning here :)

We will see what comes of future banding. Through my experiences on the coarser/kinkier hair types i have noticed that banding is super beneficial and can stretch the hair up to 75% of its length if done properly. Diva R likes the banded style that i did on her she wanted to wear it out normally :) Maybe next time i will do it more stylish, i didn't deem the parting perfect since this was meant as an overnight style.

What is everyone's method of banding? Do you or don't you?

Way Back Wednesday Style Reflection

Hey fam! Here is our WBW for the 1st of June 2011 and since we have been in love with natural curlees from before the beginning of time they tend to steal the spotlight :)

This is Diva R Way Back When in August 09! Look how short hair was compared to now!!! Major difference and as you can see her curls haven't found which way they would like to sit yet so they are kind of just every where :) I Just love her tiny little spring like ringlets :) If i were to finger curl her hair back then she would have tiny little spring all over her head. They were just adorable, wish i would have taken hair pics back then...

She was slightly camera shy at this age and was seriously a Mommy's girl, she still is but can be away from me with her fav people and not freak out :)

I didn't do anything special with her hair at this age, i call this my pre-hair knowledge stage and what ever baby/kids shampoo i bought, had a coupon for or was gifted is what we used... I know that is a def no-no in current times, but her hair was never damaged, destroyed, broken or dried out at any point in her life no matter what i used, so i guess you could say we were spared by the hair gods lol

Her hair was so silky fine and had a mind of its own. I used a shamp and conditioner and washed/conditioned her hair 3-4 times a week.

Up until this point i have had her hair cut twice, just trims.

LOVE those natural curls, free-form or not!! They are tame-able and can be softened!! NO HEAT NO RELAXERS! Nothing like that is ever needed and should be considered death sentences for the hair.

Way Back Wednesday Style Reflection

This WBW Reflection was created in thought of cute short hair styles for Diva's of all young ages *_*

Back in the beginning of our hair time adventure the one thing i knew how to do off bat was pig tails with the single braid coming down from each side. I seriously don't remember back at this time using any special products at all i know i had that kids hair lotion on hand ...

I just loved how her piggy tails kind of pointed out wards when i left em freely hanging :P This was such a cute and easy spunky style it was duplicated many many times. I would switch out the pony tails/ballies to match with each outfit and it was a completed style in less than 10 minutes. Her baby hairs had a mind of their own and i would just let em do their thing :)

This was taken 3 summers ago and i must say i <3 it!! It kind of reminds me of Snoop Dogg's hair years ago lol with his little piggy tail braids sticking out with a curve to them LOL

Here is a baby hair view and an idea of what her hair looked like a few hours after playing, going to the circus and having an all out field day.

These were oldies but goodies and please excuse the lesser quality pics above, they were magnified and taken from an old camera.

I loved doing Little Diva's hair and at this time i had such an interest in learning how to do something more fancy with her hair. I tried and failed tried and failed and just stuck to the all over pony tail designs, pig tails, pony tails/side ponies and a head band from time to time. Her hair was so super fine at this young ripe age of 2 so not alot would keep in her hair.

<3 The stubborn baby hairs with all my heart i just wish they'd make their minds up LOL

What types of styles did you do for your child when they were 2?

Way Back Wednesday Style Reflection

This is a square sectioned piggy back pony tails design with a half pony tail in the back. This style really highlights her baby hairs that were nearly even at this time! It was done last November and classifies as a Simple and Quick style and it was a school doo also :) The goal for all school doo's was to keep her hair out of her face and away from potential cutting harm!

I split the ending hair from the pony tail in two pieces, i then braided the right piece of hair in a single braid. The the other grouping of hair i left un-braided and then braided those two together into one bigger braid and ended it in a ballie for a little added weight so her braid would curl up :)

Lets Jam Extra Hold Gel was my poison of choice back when.

No explanation needed for this style it is simple, cute and is achievable in 20 minutes!

What type of pony tail holders does everyone use?? Have you had any bad experiences with any?

Way Back Wednesday Style Reflection

Baby Diva R!!!!

So i decided it was time to take it WAY back and this is my all time FAV pic of little baby Diva R!!!! Her outfit size was 0-3 months and i still have that outfit :)

She was not even 2 months old yet :) I could write a novel on this pic!

So as you can see she has had natural curlees from shortly after she was born because when she was born her hair was pencil straight and a few days later it was curlee!!!! YAY and look at her tiny little cute curlees they are so perfect formed and just angelic.

I was always asked if shes Hispanic, I've hear Asian mixed also and i was shocked because i couldn't see either of those mixtures in her :) Shes Half Caucasian American and Half Black American and from birth her Black American features sure were evident *_* This reminds me of a time where i met a fellow parent with a biracial child and her daughter was half Caucasian/Egyptian and black and i must say WOW people who have Egyptian in them are amazingly exotic and BEAUTIFUL beyond words :) Just a gorgeous combination... Like no other I've ever seen.

AND yes that is baby hair lotion that you see above :/ It was the first ethnic hair product that i had bought and i was just picture purchasing and no one at the beauty supply had any knowledge what so ever and they couldn't speak english well either so needless to say i ended up buying the Kids Hair Lotion with the Pink Cap (don't recall name) but it was pasty and got sticky that's all i remember and it acted as a curl definer/gel until i got tired of the stickiness. It made her curlees pop and had a nice lotiony scent. I used it hand in hand with water in a spritz bottle. Oh i just cant get over her lovely baby curlees <3

Diva at 10 months old :) Her hair grew and grew, i have most of it up in a top pony tail that's a little puff but since her head is pointed upward you cant see it very well. This was the stage where her curls were trying to find themselves as i like to joke... Because they were seriously EVERYWHERE! I couldn't do anything with her hair at this point because all elastics pony's and what ever i would put in would unravel or slide right out. Her texture was SILKY and fine as my hair was/is. So because of my countless fails i would just put clippies in it, or let it do what it wanted with minimal product usage to tame her wild curls the best i could :)

This was when her crazy baby fro started forming :) It had its own divalicious attitude lol

I got her first hair cut a few months after this pic and it really started growing then :) I didn't use really any special products at this age because i cut the lotion out of her daily regime when she was 6 months.

Way Back Wednesday Style Reflection

This Way Back Wed Style Recap is of a slanted styled cornrow into a pony tail design :) This style was done in Dec 2010 and i was rather pleased at how it turned out :)

I just randomly started sectioning rows at an angle and decided i would put the back into a pony.

This was definitely an experimental doo and the above pictured were of the fresh style :) It took about 3 hours :/... I decided after two days to re-do the style and change up the cornrows and add a few more :) I also needed to do an accessory color change because Diva R wanted to wear pink for a few days.

SO here is the switch up :)

I am much more pleased with the style switch up results :) I found that since her hair is so thin i have to braid smaller sectioned cornrows in order for the parting and cornrows to be full and aligned neatly.

I used Jam at this time as well and it liked to try and build up on this design...GRR but nothing a little spritz water cant fix :)

The bead sizes that i have in Diva R's hair are the BGP Beads or the "Chubbies" and the Large Barrell Beads, along side of the clips, i got these from a local beauty supply :)

I am not afraid to pot my beginner pics :) I do this for a few reasons, to INSPIRE and show you that EVERYONE starts off as a beginner and has to go through some less than perfect styles repeatedly before your skills are to your liking. Its all about how YOU like your artwork and of course your Diva or Prince. It is possible for everyone to learn how to do hair.

Just have to have that drive!

Happy Styling

Way Back Wednesday Style Reflection

Since we were just on the subject of yarn extensions i thought id do a throw back yarn braids reflection! This was her first ever yarn braids doo and i decided to do medium-large sized box braids with a brown multi colored 100% acrylic yarn! I chose the Red Heart brand as this is what i found to be the best and has always been the most recommended type of yarn to add into hair and i was all for trying to learn extensions.

I used the Lets Jam Extra Hold Gel at this time and it worked well for us :) No special treatments or anything beyond hot oil treatments at this time... I secured the beads in a different type of way. I took the beads and put them on the beader as i normally would and then put them on the ends of each braid and then i took one strand of the yarn and wrapped it up the outside the bead and back down through the center of the bead and then u rubber band the ending strands of yarn including the one i looped back through the bead and they stay on and aren't even wrapped on the hair meaning that just the yarn is taking the rubber bands abuse and not her ends :) I thought this turned out great :) It was super easy and i can definitely do all types of extensions just from messing around with the yarn.

The style took about 2 hours from beginning to end...

It stayed in for a week which is usually longer than any styles will stay in regardless of anything. But these stayed great looking for probably even longer than a week if i would have kept them in :) I thought it would be note worthy to take a picture while i was taking them out...

The crimp is POPPING and this level of crimp was simply created by braiding as tight as i could as gentle as i could, and the yarn helps form a GREAT crimp that's why i am a fan of using yarn for braid outs because the crimp is so defined afterwards and it last so long :)

Here is the after math of taking out the yarn braids :) I did fluff her hair slightly with a "pick" and POOOF... <3

This was one of most major 'poofages' we have achieved :) It was super full and fluffy as a cloud :) The fluff-fro is everyone's all time favorite in both of our families and beyond it seems :) This Braid out lasted several days...

Way Back Wednesday Style Reflection

As promised my WBW post is here already! Its seems like yesterday was Wednesday :) Yay these are so fun for me because they bring back so many memories!

This is another one of my first design doos... Combination styles have always been a fav and will always be near to our heart...Half Criss Cross Cornrows with sectioned pony tails with single braids beads and clips! Busy style and at this time i was so confident at my regular cornrowing skills that i started getting head over heels with design cornrows and this isn't the best set I've done but its darn good for only cornrowing on and off for 2 months at this time :)

Since Diva R's hair is so thin that instead of her cornrows looking like "spaghetti or Alfredo noodles" in thick ness (if you can imagine what i mean) they are always box shaped with the cornrows going down the middle... I am still overly happy with her hair and love it for how it is in its entirety :)
Its not easy to part perfectly all the time because of how thin her hair is it also takes some time to evenly sculp styles.
This pic was taken in October 2010 and it took about 2 hours :) But that should be expected since this was in my newb stages :)

Hope you enjoy and gain at least inspiration from my styles :)

Way Back Wednesday Style Reflection

SOOOO this is our weekly WBW Style Reflection hair show case and i really enjoy sharing these with everyone and hope you all are liking them as well :) Diva R and her hair has changed so much over the years and i realize how much i have learned since then and believe that the transition that Diva R's hair has went through and still is going through may be of help to others searching for ways to style these ever changing curls!

This style is from September of 2010 just a month and a week after i learned how to cornrow :) I call this style a Combination Style it is a little bit of everything incorporated into one style and with the bright colored accents it made for a fun style for the beginning of the cold months... The hair hanging from her ponies are two strand twists ending in clips, not separated just flowing together cute and shiny :) I had no hair knowledge at all at this time so i just went with what ever flow i found interesting or from advice i received as i went... But i can tell you that i used what ever shampoo i was using for myself as well as conditioner and the Lets Jam Hair Gel for hold.

I threw in some pink clips and some pig tails in the back and in a total of an hour this style was done :)

The below style is from October 2010 and this is a Veil with Pigtail and Bantu Knot combination doo with the inclusion of her baby hairs too as they will be here for ever i believe :)

I braided two of the end groupings of hair from the veil going into the "Pigtailed" Bantu Knots while i left the others flat for a variation :) I just parted square parts from her forehead going back and "Veiled" them into the resulting design...

This above style was also one of the first Bantu Knot styles that i ever did and i was surprised at how good it turned out I used black pony tails to hold the Knots together I chose to keep this a natural looking style so i didn't use any hair accessories and this is seriously one of her fav if not her most FAV styles i have ever done she calls it the "Triangle Hair"

FYI: Every style i show case is possible to be done on ANY hair type, hair styles are not ethnicity limited and in our curlee perspective anyhing is possible and dont let our name fool you :) Curlee are curlees and our blog is for EVERYONE!!!

Hope you enjoyed our WBW Style Reflection...

Does everyone like our WBW's?? We would like feedback please and thank you :)

Way Back Wednesday Style Reflection: Combination Style x 2

I know this is kinda late but better late than never. The stomach flu reeked havoc on our household for nearly two weeks straight and needless to say i had to be MIA and take care of ALL of us sickies...

The first picture is of Diva R's hair doo for her Halloween party at school last year. It was just simply a half pony tail to the side, the loose hair was crimped from a over night braid out and the back hung in small/medium sized boxed braids with festive Halloween colored beads to match her shirt :)

This next combination style is from just before Halloween and it consisted of piggy back pony tails rubber banded going into pig tails that end in big three strand twists for the top half and medium sized box braids with beads. These are the slightly bigger than pony bead size beads. I call these chubbies or BGP (Big Giant Pony) beads.

She still had alot of the "baby hair" in front that seems to keep growing and growing and growing and then new hair will come in and stay baby short FOREVER behind it. Its just a cycle :)

Above is the top view and i just simply parted rectangle parts going from center part out towards her ears on both sides of part and then i just "piggy backed" each pony tail inside the next going into two pig tails :)

Above are two angled back shots of it. At this time Diva R's hair like to curl back up after i braided it and it would always curl in any way shape and form it wanted LOL and usually all of the braids that did that would all do it the opposite ways from each other leading me to believe her curl pattern was trying to find itself as of then :).

Beads really didn't help weight it down either if they wanted to curl up they sure would regardless :) Some of it had to do with my learning how to braid cornrows not too long before this.
We are all for anything girly and Diva is such a girly girl requiring cute, jazzy and pretty hair with accessories at all times. I liked doing the half styles alot back then because of the variation and i could switch them up by altering sections or adding or deleting certain elements making for a fresh style in 15-30 minutes per switch SAVING me alot of time in between.
In case anyone is wondering... I used Lets Jam

Interchanging with this one also for a less hold....Let's Jam Shining & Conditioning Gel

This was the first gel i ever started using and it last longer than any other product the smell was just something you could never get used to and i can point that smell out of a hundred smells today! It worked great though but did build up after while (but as you can see in the pics it did shine in her hair and nothing looked gunky about it :)

Hope you enjoyed our WBW Style Reflection :)
God Bless.

Are there any other retired or current Lets Jam users?

Way Back Wednesday Style Reflection: Freestyle Cornrows 2 for 1 :)

Both of these styles were styles from a month into learning how to cornrow :) I was already trying to do zig zags and angled cornrows and veils all that quick lol I was really in over my head because it was so hard to grasp the concepts of correct turn and such so the braids don't flip.... So i broke down and bought a manikin head at this point because i was determined!!! This first set of pics was my second good set of cornrows ever done!! I went for the angles and still didn't do to bad :) This took about an hour and a half at this time in my cornrowing stages to do :)

I used Lets Jam holding gel at this time and i used it quite often and faithfully up until i found Bee Mine and the only thing i didn't like about it was the weird smell... It never did build up in her hair like others complained of that i came across but i also think its best in finer type hairs and not coarse. I like how the cornrows shined and it was just an overall cute and flattering style. It is a playful hair style that doesn't require high maintenance nor look bad when it gets frizzy like little cornrows can :) It is very girly and can even be converted to be a boyish style. This now would probably take me 35 min or less if her hair is wet.

This next set of pictures

(Notice the swirly curling inverted looped twists i did hanging from her pony tail, that began with an experiment of messing around with different ways to unique-i-fy her pony tail with thoughts of the topsy tail tool and the different ponies you could create with that on longer hair)
Since her hair is shorter than required to use that tool i just did this by hand and i had accidentally created it i just loved it and hope it stayed throughout the day. I incorporated some of the BGP beads that are bigger than the regular size pony beads. I got them from a local beauty supply as well as the clips in her hair :)

This was also my first time putting cornrows around the nape of her neck and going in different ways in smaller than i was used too :)

Hope you enjoyed!

Way Back Wednesday Style Reflection: 2 for 1

Way Back Wednesday Style Reflection 2 for 1: Diva R’s 1st and ONLY professional style AND 1st ever Cane-Row Twist Faux Hawk:
Ok here is our WBW 2 for 1 edition Style reflection and I decided to do a 2 for 1 today so in thought of some recent conversations I chose Diva R’s 1st ever professional style. I will start from the beginning
We were at a local children’s event and we came upon a booth that was a ethnic hair salon (at this time I didn’t know how to cornrow or do anything fancy on her hair) so I stopped and looked at their display of hair designs that the shop has done, marveled a bit and began to keep walking when one of the hair stylists stopped me and asked if I would like to get my daughters hair done for FREE. I was like FREE! Absolutely!!!!!.

They were doing this as a service for kids going back to school and Diva was just old enough to qualify, so it was about a 45 minute drive to the shop and I NEVER would have made a trip like this ever just to get her hair done and have to pay for it too but since it was free and pre-school started in a few days I was making that trip. Diva was not fond of me doing her hair at this age so I wasn’t sure how this would go… The ladies name was Cookie and she was the most experienced braider out of the shop 30 plus year experience so I was pleased with the atmosphere and surprisingly this was the first and only time I haven’t been told by a salon that they can’t do my daughters “type” of hair.

At first Diva was totally into it wanting to get her hair done and I wanted the stylist to do some girly patterned cornrows so I could watch and question her as she went. Everyone at the shop just loved Diva R’s hair she was the only one who didn’t have to be blow dried before being braided. So Diva began acting shy and acting up a little bit by Ms. Cookie really helped the situation by how prepared she was and how friendly she was to Diva R She let her pick out and hold the beads That made her day perfect from there out
She decided to do a few slanted cornrows with beads at the beginning and small/med sized triangle ponytails with NO rubber bands with two strand twists all over ending in beads and rubber bands.

(In action, in a deep concentration) *_*
*Note: I had no idea about beaders or how to secure beads on the hair at this time and I knew that I would have to redo her ponies in two days or less because of not rubber banding them, I told Cookie that but she said “Ill bet you these stay in for two weeks” I was praying so since I always have had to do her hair every few days no matter what type of style. I asked if she would teach me how to cornrow and she was more than willing and for free still at that. So this was a blessing at hand for sure! She recommended that I use Twist and Locks Honey Wax on her hair for holding only and only a tiny bit, and she wad other suggestions that I can’t remember till this day but they weren’t any of the ones I came across I know that for sure.

Also Light Oil Sheen spray for right after I style her hair. She didn’t have much to offer on biracial children’s hair care but her showing me methods of hand placements in person as well as she taught me how to rubber band beads on her hair with the spiraling upward technique so that its super quick to put them on! I did learn that from her! The braiding still took me some time after this though.

This style took an hour and a half and it seemed like 15 minutes! I liked the geometric different shapes in her hair and I was still satisfied with this look but I could have nearly done it myself J Diva JUST LOVED IT but she wouldn’t let the stylist take pics of it lol she was running around at that point dancing and being silly so it was def time to go lol

I was surprised the twists looked as good as they did because twists never stay in her hair NEVER and just as I presumed the twists needed to be re-done in two days and the ponies seriously needed tightening the next day. This style would have cost 35-40 dollars!!! So after this I said I am definitely going to teach myself since I couldn't learn from a pro in person, I am usually a quick learner and I said if I don’t get it off bat I'm going to plan B and Plan B worked for me This gorgeous girly style was done in Sept 2010 and has been repeated since Diva R was 3 ½.

This was two days later and i had changed the beads, colors and braided the what were(twists) :) great change over and this was quick too! I learned that quick to rubber band with that spiral twirling :)

Here is the “Cane-Row” Twists or (Flat two Strand Twists) going into a Faux hawk. This was the first attempt on Diva R at a Faux

This was done in October 2010 and for a first time Faux Hawk after watching YouTube and reading blogs until I just got silly it turned out more elegant looking than I thought I just cane-rowed her sectioned hair going toward the center part in her hair and securing them with rubber bands . I loved how her gorgeous loose curls just hung freely and the cane-rows complimented her girly-ness. I didn’t use any special type products at this time. <3 The Faux Hawk I was weirded out by at first but once I got to tinkering with it I began to LOVE IT on little girls hair and we have altered this many ways since.

Hope you Enjoyed our Way Back Wed post.

Way Back Wednesday Style Reflection

Well i have been super busy with personal things so i haven't been able to post and this post will be short as a result :) Of course this is Wednesday so it is our Way Back Wednesday Style Reflection. This WBW we are showcasing a style that i did on Diva R back in September and as most of you may remember i began cornrowing in August of 2010 so this is a newbie style but still looks great. Not many people could mess up box braids not even beginners. I just incorporated two big corn-rows that go back down the middle of her head :) along with box braids and half-rows layered in the back :) This was a busy style for a newbie :) We used junky products that id rather not mention *_*, the BGP beads, rubber bands and she was styled.

This collage here is the day after, we switched the beads up to match better :)

Hope you like!

Way Back Wednesday Style Reflection :)

Way Back Wednesday Style Reflection
Criss Cross Mixed W/ Straight Half-Rows and Veil-Rows Ending in Beads
I am never good with explaining styles or wording or naming them as short yet descriptive as id like lol Let me begin by saying I really wanted to try out Criss Cross cornrows especially after watching Keep Me Curly’s Criss Cross corn-rowing video. Katie has a different type of corn-rowing technique like myself so I grasped it just that quick using the Manikin head. I Decided that I wanted to try it out on Diva R’s hair and at the same time I was needing to figure out how to make them not look boyish (which was hard at times). I incorporated the 2 veil-rows, CC Rows and straight backs into half-rows so that I could girl-i-fy the back J

I didn’t have Bee Mine back then so I used Lets Jam Hair Gel and some olive oil detangling spray on this style.

(These we the products used for this style just the rubber bands are missing)

This was done in Nov 2010 and her hair was much shorter then.
I had the 2 veil braids go into beads in the back and the cc-rows and SBs (Straight backs) went into a pony tail that I braided the loose ends of the rows into braids J I pulled the back half of her free hair into the pony while braiding the big braid so there were the braids and free hair braided together giving the 3D pop.

This wasn’t my first attempt but I will keep going until I perfect it. It took 4 hours to do this style I was cooking and entertaining and kid sitting while doing it, maybe that’s why it took so long ^_^ A style like this would take little over an hour tops with breaks. I am proud of this style, it got a lot of raves but I couldn't help but look at them not and think that besides the veil and the pony tail part of it it’s a boyish type style and the braids were tighter than I like to do them now also since I have become really protective of her hair. At this point I was confident enough to braid other peoples hair.
Hope you enjoyed our Way Back Wed Style Reflection
